BIOGRAPHY
Many know actor, director, and producer Peter Billingsley for the role he played when he was just nine years old, portraying young Ralphie in the classic 1982 holiday film A Christmas Story, but Billingsley's career actually dates back even further. He began appearing in TV commercials from the age of two, and by the time he auditioned for A Christmas Story, he'd already become popular with audiences all over America, providing the "children's angle" on the popular TV series Real People.
He continued to act in projects throughout the '80s, appearing on TV shows like Who's the Boss? and in films like Russkies, as well as in a handful of after-school specials, but Billingsley was never able to duplicate the fame he garnered as Ralphie. In the late '90s, the film vet stepped behind the camera and began exploring a new avenue in his career, producing and executive producing a variety of projects like the Discovery Channel's A.R.K., and movies like Elf, The Break-Up, and Iron Man.

Wind Shaped Pavilion - Amazing

We do love creative and unique projects even if they are too hard to become live. And today’s project isn’t an exception. Michael Jantzen has created very interesting pavilion project called “Wind Shaped Pavilion”. “The Wind Shaped Pavilion is a design proposal for a large fabric structure that can be used as a public or private pavilion.
As a lightweight fabric structure, the wind slowly and randomly rotates each of the six segments around a central open support frame. This continually alters the shape of the pavilion, while at the same time generating electrical power for its nighttime illumination.” Doubt it’ll be build in nearest future but idea is really interesting. Would you like to live in such house?

Skyway Air Ambulance

As maneuverable as they are, emergency helicopters still have limitations like relatively low speed and limited reach with their large rotors  that prevent them from landing close to objects. The Skyway concept concentrates on eliminating these setbacks by utilizing a unique multi-fan propulsion system that makes it smaller, faster, more stable, safer, and all-in-all better equipped to access emergency situations that even ground ambulances might have trouble getting to. Just check out the video and images for details
